We've long been fans of Aspesi, the cool, sporty Italian line that specializes in outerwear and — even after all these years — still flies fairly under the radar. They also make very cool, technical-feeling skirts — like this one. It's made up in the same water-repellent nylon you might find in one of their shirt jackets, and is finished with a pretty pleat at the front, patch pockets, and a belt to cinch your waist.
