The Alabaster Candle in Ernesto

Trudon is the world's oldest candlemaker still in business. From the rich fragrances to the gilded plaques on the front, and even the deo regique laborant motto ("[the bees] work for God and the King"), everything about the brand is luxurious. This collection swaps out the classic green glass housing for milky, translucent stone. Each container and matching top is sculpted in Spain from a single block of alabaster — the natural veining means every piece is unique — which surrounds the flame to create a beautiful halo of light as it burns. Oh, and it smells great, too. The Ernesto scent is earthy and Havana-inspired, with notes of tobacco and leather.
